Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days after processing.

EU Shipping

• Western EU (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Luxembourg): 7-21 business days
• Southern EU (Italy, Portugal, Spain, Cyprus, Greece, Malta): 7-21 business days
• Eastern EU (Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 7-21 business days
• Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Sweden): 7-21 business days

International Shipping All other international orders (Australia, Canada, UAE, UK, Japan, etc.) are delivered within 14-30 business days after processing.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

EU Consumer Rights EU customers have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, no questions asked.
