Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Windows
Once your order ships, delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 10–20 business days
- Europe (EU): 12–25 business days
- Asia & Select International Markets: 15–30 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders — the threshold will be shown at checkout.
Where We Ship
We ship to 33 countries across the United States, European Union, and select Asian markets. If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.
