Sizing
How do I find my size?

Do your clothes run true to size?

Can I exchange an item?
We process exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and we'll work with you to find the best solution.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry if that happened! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking to update. If you haven't received a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us.
My tracking hasn't updated in a while — what should I do?
Tracking can sometimes stall during international transit or customs processing. If it hasn't moved in more than 10 business days, please reach out and we'll investigate.
